Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modelling to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Communicate findings through clear and compelling data visualisations and reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning techniques.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis (desirable but not required).
