Cyber Risk Advisory Manager

Conexus are partnered with a global consulting firm that are on the hunt for a talented Cyber Risk Advisory Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Zurich, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and mitigate cyber risks for clients by leveraging your deep knowledge of industry-leading cyber security standards and frameworks.
• Develop and implement tailored security strategies that empower clients to confidently navigate the cyber security landscape.
• Enhance clients' cyber risk management practices by implementing advanced technologies and reporting systems developed by our client.
• Take ownership of end-to-end engagements, including business development, project setup, seamless delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
• Innovate and contribute to the development of new cyber security services and methodologies within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Lead and mentor your team with empathy, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), or related domains.
• Prior consulting experience is advantageous but not essential.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or an equivalent field.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth cyber risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• A strong track record of delivering successful information security projects, both as a subject matter expert and in a project management role.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• A passion for team development and creating a supportive work environment.
• Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus.
