Customer Supply Coordinator

You will be working for a well-established manufacturing firm in Hull as part of their customer service and aftercare team. This role reports to the Customer Manager.
Your new role
You will work closely with the customer supply team as well as liaising closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order, delivery and aftercare service to their strong customer base.
You will deal with order queries, provide accurate pricing, check and update stock levels, create sales orders and process invoices.
You will maintain excellent communication and relationships with your core clients, keeping them updated on the status of deliveries, managing any issues and queries promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
With a background in order processing or customer service, ideally from a manufacturing background, you will have demonstrable experience of providing high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be adept in Excel and SAP, understanding the importance of attention to detail and stock forecasting.
You will work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively over the phone and email.
What you'll get in return
37.5 hours a week contract
