Job Description
Head of Customer Service
I am seeking a Customer Service Manager with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience and effectively managing large-scale complaints. This role is ideal for a leader with experience in overseeing a team of 10, preferably within a logistics environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Day-to-day of the role of the Customer Service Manager:
- Lead and manage a customer service team of 10, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
- Monitor and measure service metrics and utilize data to develop strategies for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously seek ways to streamline processes and introduce innovations in customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications of the Customer Service Manager:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in handling large-scale customer complaints and improving customer experience.
- Excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team to excel.
- Relevant experience within a logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
