Customer Outcomes Assurance Manager

London - 2 days per week in the office

Finitas are delighted to working with global a life and health reinsurance company who are looking to bring on a Customer Outcomes Assurance Manager.

The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer service while maintaining strong risk management practices. You will oversee the execution of customer service strategies, methodologies, and standards across the organization. Additionally, you will offer training and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement with an emphasis on driving positive outcomes for customers.

They are looking for the following experience:

  • Experience in financial services operations
  • Understanding of UK regulation
  • Implementing business and operational strategies
  • Experience delivering good customer service
