Customer Account Coordinator, permanent job in Wednesfield, paying £28,000 upwards.
You will be customer-focussed and driven to succeed. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and be confident in being reactive to fast-paced order enquiries. This role will suit someone who is confident in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and converting enquiries to orders. You must also be IT proficient and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience using SAGE will be advantageous.

We are working with an established and successful manufacturing business for an exciting role in the commercial function, to support the busy customer and sales divisions.
This is a full-time role, working with a keen team that also offers the opportunity to take on a supervisory role in the business. Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting customer requirements as well as the sales cycle. This opportunity has the option and scope to be a supervisor. If you are already a supervisor, or looking to develop your career, this is an excellent opportunity.
- Deal with customer enquiries / queries quickly and efficiently.
- Report to management team on daily / weekly targets.
- Entering orders onto Sage.
- Maintaining the CRM system.
- Liaising with the warehouse to ensure customer deliveries are achieved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
- Support the external sales team.
- Ensure customer service and expectations are exceeded for all external and internal
- Customers.
- Successfully convert enquiries to orders.
