Are you a Project Manager with experience of Custom Broker Management Systems?
Then emagine is looking for you to lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a light custom broker management platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Global Trade, IT, and Compliance, to streamline operations with multiple custom brokers.
Key Skills:
Project Manager with over 7 years of experience including leading systems evaluation and selection processes.
Experience with Custom Broker Management Systems implementation is essential
Excellent organisational and project process skills
Confident and influential communicator comfortable in a multinational environment
Key Tasks:
Deliver an efficient, user-friendly platform that enhances visibility, control, and compliance in managing customs operations globally.
Support the Program Preparation and Execution, from Kick-off until Closure
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan: timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk assessments.
Engage and align with stakeholders across Global Trade, Procurement, logistics, IT, compliance, and external custom brokers to define project scope and objectives.
Lead the RFP process to identify and assess potential vendors and solutions.
Develop a robust change management plan to support adoption across internal teams and external brokers.
