Your New Company An exciting opportunity for a credit controller to join the team at one of our blue chip clients in Brighton.
Your New Role
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the credit control function and remain abreast of industry standards.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, or other irregularities, and proactively collaborate with customers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive credit control processes across various systems to ensure efficient payments/collection.
- Maintain positive relationships with all clients and customers.
- Compile and present regular reports on the status of credit control operations.
- Ensure that credit control activities adhere to applicable regulations and best practices.
What you'll need to succeed - Strong track record with credit control.
- A thorough understanding of Oracle (Preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Comfortable with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work as a strong team and build relationships with the project management team.
- Skilled at prioritising workload to ensure key deadlines are met.
- Organised and flexible.
