We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a thriving school in Milton Keynes. The position is initially temporary, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with their work.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage the classroom effectively.
• Build positive relationships with students and maintain a productive learning environment.
• Provide support to the wider school community when required.
• Uphold the school's policies and values, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a school setting or working with young people is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in managing a classroom and ensuring students remain focused.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• A genuine passion for supporting students and contributing to their education.
