Country Manager/Marketing Manager | Remote | 3 months | Outside IR35

Are you a strategic marketer with a proven track record of launching brands in new territories? Our key client, a dynamic company expanding rapidly across Europe, is seeking an experienced Country Manager/Marketing Manager for a 3-month contract. This would suit someone with expertise in a number of European countries, or a specialism in one. You will have full ownership and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution for market entry in one or more European territories, ensuring alignment with the company's global business objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies from the ground up, focusing on adapting the brand to local markets.
• Drive performance marketing initiatives, utilising digital channels to maximise reach and customer engagement.
• Design and execute TV marketing campaigns to effectively build brand awareness and capture market attention.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in country management and/or marketing management roles, particularly in launching and establishing brands in new markets.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital marketing, and TV advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
