Job Description
infeurope is looking for a Cost Center Implementation Consultant with more than 8 years of experience.
Start: 06/01/2025
End: 05/07/2025
Extension? Yes, up to 3 times,12 month each.
Location of Consultants: Combination of on-site and off-site. 40% on-site and 60% off-site.
The client will inform the consultant when he/she is required on-site.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with F&C and other internal stakeholders to identify requirements and limitations for the future model
- Leveraging on her/his past experience, propose solutions that bridge requirements with limitations and constraints
- Identify and document business use cases to ensure the new cost center framework meets stakeholder needs
- Develop a comprehensive AS-IS analysis and target cost centers proposal that focuses on delivering a solution for improved financial transparency, ownership of budgetary responsibility, and cost efficiency, while allowing for future growth and scalability within client's financial structure.
- Analyse existing processes, systems, and roles to determine necessary changes for the new framework
- Liaise with the impacted stakeholders, including the ERP provider, to estimate the impacts associated with the proposed changes, including costs and capacity
- Support the Project Manager in delivering project SteerCos, status report, risks and issues
DESIRED CONSULTANT PROFILE
The Consultant will have the following profile:
Technical skills:
- At least 8 years of proven business analysis experience in financial accounting projects, ideally including cost centres design and implementation, with direct involvement in the delivery of business use cases. Deep knowledge of accounting and cost centers, ideally in financial institutions, capital markets, or banking
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and IT, ideally with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Budget Tools
- Relevant knowledge of cost controlling and financial reporting
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT by working closely with financial and control teams, as well as technical teams, to deliver solutions that meet strategic business objectives
- Proven experience in delivering projects, through the full life cycle, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Experience in providing clear and concise reporting at a senior management level
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English

- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as external parties
- Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations and requirements
