After recent growth andwinning many new clients across the FinTech, Banking and CapitalMarkets, General and Life insurance, Lloyd's of London, fund andasset management sectors, we have ambitious targets for thefuture. Tax is higher than ever on the agenda for our FSclients with ongoing geo-political change and significant tax,regulatory and accounting reforms impacting all sectors across FS. About therole

• We have a newlycreated Corporate Tax Associate Director role due to the recentsuccess of the Financial Services Tax team.
• The predominant focus of the role is to drive our growingBanking & Asset Management corporate tax practice.
• You will help to lead our go-to-market offering acrossthe Banking & Asset Management sector, managing our businessdevelopment opportunities and have a key role in helping to driveour wider FS Tax strategy.
• You will beresponsible for managing various teams across corporate taxadvisory, compliance and audit of tax engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of high-quality work for clients andprofitable outcomes for the business through use of best practices,technology and alignment with Firm policies.
• Be a role-model to junior team members in our Londonoffice in the delegation and review of work as well as fosteringtheir learning and development.

What are we lookingfor?

• Extensiveexperience in leading a portfolio of corporate tax engagements inthe Banking & Asset Management space across tax complianceand/or tax advisory services.
• Demonstratestrong tax technical and tax accounting knowledgeand experience.
• Keen interest to maintainup-to-date knowledge of broader business tax, international tax,regulatory and tax accounting areas (e.g. OECD Pillar 2 -GloBE).
• Willingness to take on team managementand development roles within the FS Tax team.
• Works effectively in the role of managing ateam.
• Broad experience of managingfinancials on client engagements, setting timetables,delivering on budgetsand negotiating fees with clients.
• Experience of identifying opportunities for business development acrossFS Tax and other service lines.
• Responsible for assisting the development of more juniorstaff through coaching.
• In line with theFirm's general guidance, work from the London office an average of3 days a week to drive the delivery and delegation of FS corporatetax work to junior team members.
• Stronginter-personal communication skills.
