Corporate ReceptionistTemporary £14-15phOnsite - Central LondonThe Client:-My client is a prestigious property company based in Central London. The role is based in their beautiful offices Monday - Friday, working alongside a team of really friendly and welcoming receptionists across several floors. The role will include lots of meeting and greeting guests and managing meeting rooms. This is an ongoing temp role. The Role:-
- Answer and screen calls in a timely and professional manner
- Greet visitors, professionally with a welcoming and positive attitude
- Act as the main point of contact for all staff, providing support and information
- Coordinate the meeting room schedule and ensure special requirements in terms of setup and equipment are met
- Replenish stock of all office stationary supplies
- Ensure visitor lounge and reception areas are kept tidy and clean
- Check mail and disperse/scan accordingly
- Prepare outgoing courier packages and monitor for delivery
- Liaise with catering for internal/external meetings
- Travel booking of flights, rail, car transfers and hotel bookings
- Keep accurate reports on visitor badge requests for audit purposes
- Assist in the coordination of the onboarding process for new hires
- Report maintenance issues to building maintenance team
