Job Description

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Yeovil. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of teams within the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation. This administration role is initially 3 temp contract but with the possibility to go permanent.

The Contracts Administrator Role

You'll be a key point of contact for external contractors and internal stakeholders. You'll be carrying out a variety of different admin tasks - supporting all administration functions within your team. This varied role includes; general admin, ensuring orders are put through correctly, maintenance of information relating to service contracts, communicating with contractors.

You will need to be a driver as on occasion you may need to visit other sites.

The Ideal Candidate for the Contracts Administrator Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You will need to be organised, confident dealing with a wide range of people, self-motivated and enthusiastic with good attention to detail. Strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a flexible approach to work are all essential. You will need to be confident using Word and Excel. This is initially a temporary role so you need to be able to start with less than 2 weeks' notice.
