You have a genuine passion to help people see the world differently. You want to unpick them, their beliefs, and rebuild their view on the world in a more unbiased, open-minded way.

You love the people aspect and are commercially minded you can have deep, emotionally intelligent and meaningful conversations with senior business clients and always aim to fully understand their needs.

You ll be:

• A part of creating immersive, experiential events, activations, and workshops to make the change happen in an exciting, fun, and compelling way.
• Working with clients world-wide across different sectors that include pharma.
• Working on both internal and external projects alongside the interdisciplinary team (creative designers, producer, psychologists, executive coaches and facilitators).

You ll have:

• A degree in psychology or business.
• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience. The client will consider less experienced consultants if they have a true passion for the sector.
• A genuine interest in culture change, leadership, emotional intelligence (EQ), behaviour change and mindset.
