Conference Production Manager

Description:

Purpose: Produce high quality Conference Programmers within our clients events

Responsibilities

Utilising customer insights, needs and behaviors to develop the content strategy and plan for our events

Generating high-quality, research-based conference agendas and event formats to meet the needs of different visitor personas/audience segments

Identifying, securing, and managing high-profile speakers from leading end-user organisation's

Collaborating with conference sponsors and their customers to ensure the objectives of both exhibitors and visitors are met

Collaborating with the marketing team to support the delivery of the visitor audience by assisting with the messaging

Contributing to the content marketing strategy and tactics for the event by helping to create compelling content

Collaborating with the sales team to understand the needs of the exhibitor customer to identify sponsorship and new product opportunities

Building long-term relationships with the publishing community along with internal stakeholders in marketing, sales and operations

Requirements

Have previous experience in content and conference production

Have excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills

Be able to research new markets and deliver top-level programs to tight deadlines

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be a true team player with effective people management skills.

Have a good understanding of IT and technical research
