Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, with strong data entry skills, and seeking a role that combines data management with compliance responsibilities? Our fantastic client in Weybridge is looking for a Compliance Administrator to support their team. If you have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties:

  • Provide accurate and efficient data entry support
  • Assist with maintaining and updating systems and databases
  • Conduct compliance checks for new business
  • Build, manage, and update spreadsheets to track data and compliance records
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness in the database
  • Offer general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative or data entry role
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail
