Compensation Manager
6 months
Remote/London - 2 days a week on-site
£Negotiable - INSIDE IR35

The Compensation Manager will develop and oversee the compensation programs, ensuring they align with my clients strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, evaluate, and modify compensation programs, as well as develop and implement new bonus or incentive plans.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fair and equitable salary adjustments and collaborate with managers and People & Culture to ensure salary reviews are conducted effectively.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyse compensation data
