They are now looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Community Fundraising Manager, you'll generate and grow our client's income by spearheading a range of dynamic community fundraising initiatives.
Specifically, you'll plan and deliver an exciting portfolio of activities that captivate and engage people, showcasing the impact of their work.
Leading and inspiring your team, you'll also create innovative fundraising products, expand their supporter base, and deliver outstanding stewardship that keeps their supporters connected and motivated.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee the community fundraising budget, keeping income and costs on track
- Cultivate a network of fundraising champions, building strong and supportive relationships
- Partner with Comms and Marketing teams to create exciting promotional content
- Ensure fundraising activities meet GDPR, charity law, and ethical standards
About You
To be considered as a Community Fundraising Manager, you will need:
- A proven track record in community fundraising or a similar field, with demonstrated success in meeting financial targets and income growth
- Experience supporting the development of 3-5-year strategic plans
- Experience managing budgets and delivering annual operational plans
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of CRM systems and GDPR compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage a busy workload
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
