As our Community and Corporate Partnership Manager, you ll be at the heart of dynamic, ambitious fundraising initiatives that directly transform lives. This is more than just a job it s an opportunity to drive meaningful change, build powerful partnerships, and create lasting impact.
The role s primary focus will be on growing community and corporate fundraising activity and will be instrumental in building strong, lasting relationships with new and existing supporters to ensure that the Charity raises the funds needed to thrive into the future.
Immediately you ll see this role as one you can grow and develop. You ll take a strategic approach to building corporate engagement, and you will manage and mentor a Fundraiser to support the development of community and event fundraising.
The role will see you out and about at Enham Trust and in our communities so you will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. It s also a hybrid role, so when you re not on the move, you can choose to work from home or the office whichever suits you best!
About you
You will ideally come to the role with experience in professional fundraising. You ll understand donor profiling, donor-centric marketing and the donor journey, using this knowledge to Enham Trust s benefit.
You ll be able to demonstrate your knowledge of fundraising legislation, guidance and best practice.
You will likely have previous leadership experience and will use your knowledge and expertise to support the Community Fundraiser and champion the work they do.
You will see yourself as a great people person, easily able to build new relationships and you won t be phased by having to present our strategies and plans to corporate partners, colleagues and customers.

We support around 7000 disabled people every year through services which promote equality, dignity, and choice, providing homes, person-centred care and support, supported access to work, skills development and confidence building, and a range of accessible opportunities that support individuals mental and physical wellbeing.
