This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the growth of CARE International UK s brand through the implementation of a refreshed brand positioning, and creative communications. We are seeking a Communications & Brand Manager to support the Head of Communications & Brand to develop our strategic communications priorities, and work with colleagues across CIUK and our international confederation to implement them. You ll help with creating organisational key messaging and positioning documents and write audience-focused messaging frameworks for key campaigns, ensuring all our messaging embodies our brand narrative and aligns with tone of voice. They ll work with colleagues to bring to life powerful stories of change being made by women and girls through CARE projects around the world, and when crisis hits in some of the world s most challenging places. Through compelling communications and strong brand management they ll help raise awareness, influence policymakers and increase income in support of our mission.

This year we re rolling out a refreshed brand identify and tone of voice, and we re looking for someone who s passionate about bringing that to life through storytelling and effective communications. You ll also be supporting colleagues to embed the brand across the organisation, helping us to increase our brand awareness.

About you

You ll be a first-class communicator, someone with a knack for written and visual storytelling and an ability to tailor messages for different audiences. When it comes to the marcomms mix, you know how to build brilliant cross-channel, integrated campaigns and you nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to deliver them. You ll be someone who s used to working in a busy role with competing demands on your time, so you ll be adept at knowing how to prioritise the work that s most impactful and can bring your colleagues along with you. You ll have plenty of experience in brand management and natural flair for design and content, helping us to build our brand presence and increase our impact.
