Commissioning Engineer - Permanent - Tier 1 Contractor - Telford - West Midlands Sites - Water Projects

Your new company
You will be joining a high-profile and established Tier 1 contractor based in Telford operating in the water sector. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work, being Severn Trent's preferred contractor for the delivery of their MEICA works, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Commissioning Engineer to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position with flexibility to work on projects closest to home.

Your new role
As Commissioning Engineer, you will be based on sites in the West Midlands region and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Producing necessary commissioning documentation
  • Reviewing and signing off commissioning RAMS
  • Chairing commissioning meetings with clients and subcontractors when required
  • Coordinating commissioning activities
  • Liaising with key project stakeholders.

    • What you'll need to succeed
    In order to be successful, you must have:
  • Proven commissioning experience, ideally in the water industry
  • Process knowledge around treatment and water movement
  • CSCS, EUSR and SMSTS (or IOSH Managing Safely).
