Job Description
Commercial Manager - Permanent - Main Contractor - Birmingham - Water Projects - Civil Engineering Effectively managing operational efficiency and change, identifying areas for improvement Supporting with framework and bid submission packs Assessing and reporting on commercial aspects of project performance Ensuring monthly commercial reports are accurately completed Managing relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders Efficiently managing costs and budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:Working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract Strong negotiation and leadership skills Professional membership (e.g. RICS, ICE) Full UK driving licence.
