Commercial Agent / Surveyor - 3-6 month contract, Norfolk, starting ASAP
As a Commercial Agent / Surveyor, you'll ideally be RICS chartered and will have experience of working with commercial property. A valid driving licence and access to transport will be important, enabling you to visit the properties that you're working with.
What you'll get in return
The organisation will pay a competitive day rate and there's the potential for this to convert into a permanent role if all goes well. The company operates a hybrid/flexible working arrangement, so we expect that some of your time will be spent working from the office, with some also from home. This is a temporary, full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm). Flexible or part-time working arrangements (minimum 30 hours per week) can be discussed.

A dynamic property company in Norwich is seeking a temporary Commercial Agent / Surveyor to join their team for a period of 3-6 months. This role involves assisting with the marketing and disposal of various properties, including offices, retail, and industrial spaces. There is potential for this temporary role to become permanent.
Your new role
Key Duties
- Promoting and marketing a portfolio of commercial properties, mainly in Norfolk and nearby areas.
- Identifying potential tenants or buyers, negotiating terms, preparing agreements, instructing solicitors, and managing transactions to completion.
- Meeting with clients to provide marketing advice and taking on new property instructions.
