Clinical Safety Analyst (DCB0129) | Remote | Up to £55k

Are you ready to make a significant impact in healthcare? An innovative tech company, with over 30 years of experience in transforming healthcare, is looking for a talented Clinical Safety Specialist to join their team. This organisation is at the forefront of revolutionising healthcare across the UK with cutting-edge technology, and they need someone with a passion for patient safety to help ensure their products meet the highest standards.

This fully remote role offers a salary of up to £55,000 and is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional eager to take their expertise to the next level. If you're driven by the desire to improve healthcare outcomes and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role could be the perfect fit.

As a Clinical Safety Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the company's products are safe and compliant. You will work closely with product managers and development teams throughout the product development process, reviewing designs, identifying potential safety risks, and ensuring all safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will include documenting safety cases, maintaining hazard registers, and assessing clinical risks for incidents reported by customers. You'll also be involved in continuously improving the organisation's clinical safety processes to stay compliant with UK safety standards such as DCB0129.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in clinical risk assessment and patient safety, particularly within the DCB0129 framework. Familiarity with the NHS environment and its regulations is highly desirable, and while experience in maternity or radiology is a plus, it is not essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams are essential for success in this role.

This company is committed to providing a flexible and supportive working environment. The position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will receive 25 days of annual leave, which increases with your length of service, plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday. If you need extra time off, there's also the option to purchase additional holiday.

In terms of professional growth, the company offers continuous learning opportunities through product-specific training and personal development plans. They recognise and celebrate success through peer recognition, CEO awards, and a performance bonus programme.

When it comes to health and wellbeing, the company provides private healthcare, life insurance, income protection, and an Employee Assistance Programme. Additionally, you'll receive financial perks, including a competitive pension scheme and a £250 home office setup allowance.

If you're ready to elevate your clinical safety expertise and join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to improving healthcare through technology, this could be your next career move. Apply today and be part of something transformative!
