Morela is supporting an innovative AI startup in hiring a Client Success Engineer (CSE) to drive AI adoption and client satisfaction. You'll work with Client Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering to deploy impactful AI solutions and provide exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored AI solutions and build client success plans.
- Optimize client experience with goal-driven strategies and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams on client feedback and integration strategies.
- Lead use-case sessions and advocate for client needs across regions.
- Monitor client feedback, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering retention.
