About the Role:We are recruiting for a Receptionist / Assistant City Executive to join a highly reputable business centre in the heart of Farringdon. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting tenants and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the building. The ideal candidate will thrive in a social, interactive environment and bring a positive, welcoming energy to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure tenants and visitors feel supported and welcomed.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate floors and handle phone calls for the building and virtual tenants, transferring or taking messages as required.
  • Receive and manage daily post and deliveries.
  • Build trusting relationships with tenants, offering day-to-day support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Facilities team to action any building or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Conduct daily visual checks of the building to ensure it meets high standards and resolve any facility issues.
  • Ensure the building is set up for viewings and communal areas, such as kitchens and meeting rooms, are replenished and well-maintained.

Administration Duties:

  • Manage communal meeting room bookings and ensure building documentation is up to date.
  • Organise tenant post and maintain the CRM system, logging client requests and costs.
  • Assist in managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all steps are completed and documentation is accurate.
  • Support the Accounts team by preparing information related to fob deposits and move-out details.

  • Able to balance the varied pace of work, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to the social atmosphere of the building.
