Job Description
Chef de Partie - Staff Restaurant
Expected from 01.06.2025 - Season (3-4 months)
This is what you move with us
  • Full responsibility for your own station - from mise en place to the final plate presentation
  • Creative input in developing new dishes and menus in close collaboration with the Head Chef
  • Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP regulations
  • Leading and motivating your team, including training Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chefs
  • Close coordination with other stations and departments to ensure a smooth service flow
  • Optimizing processes and actively contributing to the further development of our culinary concept

This is you
  • Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Passion for excellent products and a meticulous eye for presentation
  • Structured and organized working style - able to stay on top of things even in high-pressure situations
  • A team player with leadership skills and the ability to mentor young talents
  • Creativity and openness to innovative trends and culinary developments
  • Languages: Italian required, additional languages are a plus
