Change Manager (German speakers)

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the development and execution of the change management strategy.

• Ensure that all people including senior leadership across the business truly understand how best to effectively and sustainably land change.

• Provide change management subject matter expertise advisory to all in the business.

• Direct and facilitate completion of change impact assessments, preparing the organization for effective change adoption.

• Collaborate with delivery resources to ensure change management activities are well planned, communicated and executed.

• Facilitate and support the development of comprehensive change plans at programme and project level to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery.

• Lead the continuous improvement of change management practices within the organisation.
