Stanton House is working with a dynamic wealth and investment management firm which is currently going through transformation and looking to take on board an experienced Change Lead. Joining our client, you will be spearheading transformative initiatives across a diverse team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to senior leadership, gaining valuable insights and exposure to decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives, developing comprehensive frameworks and supporting system implementation projects
• Collaborate closely with key executives to align change strategies with organisational goals
• Utilise your strong background in the wealth and investment management sector to drive continuous improvement
• Navigate and manage change within an SME-style environment, optimising the use of limited resources
• Engage and influence team members at all levels to embrace and enact change

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the wealth and investment management industry
• Proven track record in leading successful change initiatives
• Strong ability to work independently in a resource-constrained environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK as needed
