Your new role
Will consist of;

• Changinglight bulbs.
  
• Changingdoors.
  
• Maintainany locks and security/fire doors.
  
• Generalground works.
  
• Movingequipment and furniture.
  
• Recognisedqualification/substantial experience within a suitable trade, for examplejoinery or plumbing.(Essential)
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Be able towork independently.
  
• Havestrong communication skills.
  
• DIY skills (Essential)
  
• Caretakingexperience (Ideal).
  
• Beproactive.
  

This roleis a temporary role and will require an Enhanced DBS.

This role is a split shift with hours being 6am - 10am & 2pm - 6pm.
