If you're working in events, marketing, teaching, sales or another role with transferable skills, we really should be talking, especially if you believe in the power of great careers advice.We think a great careers service is all about creating an integrated, city-wide network of aspiration and advice. So, you'll need to be comfortable giving engaging presentations and building relationships with local employers and College managers. You'll also need to be supremely organised, overseeing an impressive programme of events throughout the year, using digital content to promote them. People management experience is a must, too. You'll lead a team of careers advisors and be great at collaborating with staff, students and external bodies.We're one of the UK's biggest and best Colleges. We have over 10,000 students with wide-ranging ambitions, from the undecided to Oxbridge to Apprenticeships. Whatever their aims, we're committed to helping all our students plan for their careers.We'll give you 43 days' paid holiday a year, a fantastic 17% pension contribution and we'll pay for you to get qualified in careers advice if required.
