We are now looking for a superb Supervisor to join our We Do Play team based in Primark Manchester, Trafford Palazzo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Cafe, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead and inspire the Cafe Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate food preparation, beverage service, and maintaining high food safety standards.
• Foster a magical atmosphere from the moment guests step in until their departure.
• Efficiently manage queues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold brand standards, while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Execute Opening and Closing procedures with precision.
• Contribute to restocking and stock rotation efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in food and beverage roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Customer-centric mindset with a flair for creating enchanting experiences.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills that inspire teamwork and initiative.
• Flexible availability including weekends and weekdays.

Working Conditions

We are looking for a full-time supervisor to join us on a permanent basis covering weekdays and weekends, typically between the hours of 8am-6pm.

Rates of Pay

£13.75 per hour
