A well established and successful Electrical Contractor based in Dungannon is seeking a CAD Technician to join their team. This company has been trading for almost 40 years and has a strong reputation for delivering projects in various sectors including Commercial, Education, Industrial and Maintenance.
Your new role
Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will produce detailed drawings and schematics for a wide range of projects. You'll collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure precision and quality at every stage.
️ Develop accurate CAD drawings using tools like AutoCAD.
️ Revise and update drawings throughout project lifecycles.
️ Work closely with engineers and architects to meet project needs.
️ Prepare technical documentation and reports.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is desirable). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of engineering principles and design practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in Electrical Engineering is desirable but not essential.
