C# Software Developer - Manchester - Chance to learn Azure

iO have partnered with a company based in North Manchester, in the Tech for good space, who are looking for a C# Software Developer.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a company who are doing good in the world and not just making rich people richer. They are looking for a strong C# developer but what makes this role really cool is you get the chance to learn Azure.

From day one you will be given access to training material (Pluralsight) and the company have an agreement with Microsoft to provide training and certification. You will be working as part of a team of 7 developers (the organisation in total is around 100 people. The culture of the team is really collaborative, and they go out their way to help each other. There is a big knowledge sharing culture.

You will given the time to actually learn and progress, with training and development done in working hours. Initially a lot of the work will be BAU to get used to the systems and then the opportunity to work on project work. The work is between greenfield and brownfield work.

From a salary perspective due to it being a not-for-profit it is set at £53k and it is very transparent across the team. This comes with a 9% matched pension, 25 days holiday (goes up to 30) and other benefits.
