Business Solution Analyst Digital & Topline (m/f/d)

• Manage retail sales applications on a day-to-day basis to ensure availability and effectiveness, considering business requirements
• Provide effective functional support to key users, fostering strong business partnerships and ensuring alignment with internal SLA, KPIs, and global IT&DATA Governance principles
• Coordinate and execute projects closely cooperating with the business teams, partners, and IT&Data teams
• Implement CRM/SFA/TPA technology and innovation into corporate reality with strong vision and execution
• Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes and applications, ensuring application documentation and user ownership.
• Manage relationship with suppliers, measure and improve suppliers' performance
• Design and manage interfaces to ensure seamless integration between systems and improve data quality and manage dependencies to ensure accurate and reliable information flow

• Experience in Retail Sales and SFA solution implementation and maintenance, preferably with CG Cloud (SalesForce)
• Experience with TPM solutions, preferably Acumen Invest or Kantar
• Good understanding of interface architecture
• Strong knowledge of the Retail Sales domain
• Ability to translate business context into technology
• Understanding of Agile methods and preferred experience in Product Management (e.g., Product Owner experience)
• Project management experience in complex initiatives, with solid knowledge about the latest tech trends and state-of-the-art solutions in the digital world
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
