Job Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist in Documentation and Process Control who is fluent in Spanish and English. This role is essential for aligning operational and financial processes with project objectives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the success of digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and create documentation for control, operational, financial, and HR management processes aligned with project objectives.

Monitor process compliance and ensure adherence to documented guidelines.

Analyse dependencies and sequences in process flows related to onboarding, time registration, invoicing, reconciliation, off-boarding, and data flow to dashboards.

Collaborate with the PMO to define end-to-end processes and develop effective control methods.

Establish metrics to identify deviations between budget and results at month-end close, supporting strategic decisions.

Recommend process improvements for continuous enhancement and alignment with project goals.

Take initiative to engage with various departments, resolving differences and ensuring project success.
Required Skills and Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields in Project and Process Management.

Experience in digital transformation projects with internal and external teams.

Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and Visio.

Strong holistic process understanding, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
