Job Description
About the Role:
As a Business Front Office Support, you will be the first point of contact for Front Office teams, helping to resolve operational and technical challenges while ensuring seamless business processes. By addressing issues related to financial transactions and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will play a key role in reducing operational risk, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the success of our Front Office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all Front Office-related issues, providing timely resolutions to operational and system challenges.
- Analyse and resolve problems with financial orders, ensuring minimal disruption to trading and sales activities.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and systems, proposing and implementing solutions to improve workflows.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to reduce operational and reputational risks.
- Support the Front Office by providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing as needed.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience with financial instruments (eg, stocks, bonds, derivatives).
- Solid understanding of the financial industry, including markets and operations.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Soft Skills:
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A motivated and proactive problem solver who takes initiative in addressing challenges.
