Business Development Manager - Hybrid - Leatherhead - Permanent
Location: Hybrid (Leatherhead - 2 office days: Web & Thu)
Salary: Basic £45K | OTE £62K+ (Uncapped potential)
The Role
My Client is ooking for a driven Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close high-value deals. You'll work with senior decision-makers across industries, offering tailored digital marketing solutions to drive growth.
What You'll Do? Develop and execute a winning sales strategy
? Identify and engage potential clients via outreach and networking
? Deliver compelling pitches and proposals (virtual & in-person)
? Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
? Work with internal teams to craft the best digital marketing strategies
? Utilize HubSpot CRM for pipeline management
? Attend industry events and use social selling techniques
? Proven B2B sales & business development experience (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS)
? Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
? Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media, content)
? Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
? Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
? Hybrid working (2 office days, 3 WFH)
