Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This induvidual will play a crucial role in indentifying and seizing new business opportunities, enhancing our market presence, and driving revenue through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, possess exceptional strategic thinking skills, and be driven by the ambition to propel our company forward.

Key Responsabilities

Strategic Planning - develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.

Market Research - analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.

Sales and Marketing Integration - collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, maximize effectiveness, and achieve revenue targets.

Client Acquisition - identify, target, and secure new clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Partnership Development - establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business opportunities.

Proposal Development - lead the creation and presentation of compelling proposals, pitches, and business cases to potential clients and partners.

Performance Tracking - monitor and analyze business development metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Innovation and Vision - bring fresh ideas and a forward-thinking approach to drive innovation and keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience: -

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  • Proven Success - demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Mindset - strong ability to think strategically, with a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
  • Communication Skills - excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of motivation, ambition, and a clear vision for pushing the company forward.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation desirable, but not essential.
