Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing network and industry expertise in workplace and real estate to identify relocation opportunities and source new business leads.
- Identify and engage potential clients, developing strategic partnerships that drive long-term growth.
- Oversee the RFP process, crafting responses to tenders and RFIs to secure new business.
- Organize and participate in business development meetings, preparing proposals and sales materials to support new opportunities.
- Actively generate new business by attending industry conferences, networking functions, and other relevant events to expand our client base.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in industry (technology, real estate, workplace)
- Demonstrable experience of writing successful proposals and responses to RFPs
- Experience of using Salesforce (or similar software) to track sales and prospects
- Strong ability in MS Office

Benefits Include
- Salary package: £50K - £85K including bonus and depending on experience
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service
