Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire process-from initial outreach and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, production, and operations to optimize event strategies.

Who You Are:

  • A graduate with a 2:1 degree (or higher) or equivalent practical experience.
  • An engaging, natural relationship-builder with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of working toward ambitious revenue goals.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • While any relevant experience in events or B2B sales is beneficial, it is not essential.
