Business Development and Marketing Manager required for a small independent Creative agency in London, who focus on a range of touchpoints where people interact with the physical or digital worlds.

The facts:
This agency are at the top of their game in Human Behaviour and Design, are passionate about how they connect to the world and each other, and designing spaces and experiences with that in mind. They have a range of clients within varying industries including: Aviation, Culture & Heritage, Travel & Healthcare.

They require someone who can plan and implement Social Media posts, Company Newsletters, Website Content, Podcasts and Events. Someone with creative flair who can broadcast the agencies message in a variety of ways while being delivered with clarity. Overall, someone who can led by example and help grow the existing client base and empower others along the way.

You ll be:

• Strong on Pitch work
• Strategic and Creative in approach
• A desire to attend (and potentially speak at) a variety of industry events

You ll have:

• Strong Marketing and Business Development experience within an agency
• A strong desire to get out and talk to prospective clients
• A solid understanding of a Design agency
• An interest in accessibility and inclusion
