LDE UTC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Business Development & Apprenticeship Growth Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Apprenticeship function and support the Head of Apprenticeships.
We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with a strong passion for business development, apprenticeships, and education. This role demands a results-driven individual who can identify and convert new opportunities, confidently engage employers at all levels, and position the college as the go-to partner for engineering apprenticeships and workforce development.
You should be someone who enjoys meeting targets, works well under pressure and has a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment helping us grow our apprenticeship provision.

Base salary: £30,978 (S7 on the Support Staff Pay Scale) Bonus: £250 per apprentice recruited - only payable once we have at least 10 recruits. For example, recruitment of 10 additional apprentices would earn a bonus of £2500, up to 100 additional apprentices would earn £25,000. Cap of 100 apprentices, above which commission would not automatically apply.
