We are seeking a Business Continuity Lead to drive the implementation of our Business Continuity Policy across the organization. This role will involve working closely with business unit owners to develop brand-new Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) tailored to their specific functions, ensuring a comprehensive and effective organizational resilience strategy.

Main Objectives:

  • Conduct interviews with business unit owners to gather insights on operational implementation.

  • Develop a clear strategy for implementing the Business Continuity policy across all units.

  • Ensure all elements of the Business Continuity plan are addressed from discovery through to implementation.

  • Coordinate the handover process to ensure sustained business continuity practices.

  • Act independently as the consultant will not receive extensive supervision.

  • Assess potential crisis management scenarios to enhance the current Business Continuity plan.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and operationalizing Business Continuity plans.

  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

  • Solid understanding of crisis management principles.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience within the same industry or sector.

  • Certifications related to Business Continuity or Crisis Management.

  • Familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.

Other Details:

  • Location: 3 days per week in London.

  • Contract duration is negotiable based on project needs.

  • Consultant will be expected to integrate smoothly with existing teams.
