Business Analyst -SAP BW/4HANA

Business Analyst -SAP BW/4HANA vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Business Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, including process owners, end-users, and senior management.
• Analyze existing financial systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows,and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions, identify trends,and measure performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including business cases, use cases, user stories, and reports, to support project delivery and ongoing operations.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the finance industry, preferably in investment banking, asset
• management, or a similar sector.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and financial systems, such as accounting software (SAP
• S/4HANA), trading platforms, or risk management tools.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, instruments, and markets.
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus.
