  • Supporting the production of management information (MI) to assist the Inventory workstream.
  • Reconciling previous trader venue attestations with the prepared list of venues.
  • Ensuring data structure aligns with Inventory requirements by working closely with the Repository Stream.
  • Assisting in the creation and update of project plans, as directed by the PMO Lead.
  • Contributing to the design of the future Target Operating Model (TOM) for the onboarding and maintenance of the Venues Inventory.
  • Preparing programme status and project highlight reports, escalating risks and issues to senior stakeholders as needed.
  • Recording and distributing actions and minutes from internal and external meetings, ensuring key decisions are communicated effectively.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Markets business, particularly the role of venues in trading operations.
  • Global Regulation Exposure: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II, US SEC, CFTC, and their impact on markets.
  • Technical Expertise: Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed analysis, with expertise in MS Office tools.
  • Database Querying: Experience in querying databases (eg, TDX data) and exposure to tools like DataFabric is beneficial.
  • Technology Insight: Understanding of e-trading infrastructure, specifically in FX markets, with a broader awareness of Fixed Income (FI) and FX.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Experience in supporting project plans, generating MI reports, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Data Handling: Ability to test and verify accuracy of CSV data uploads, with some familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems.
