Job Description

Business Analyst

This position would be positioned as a member of the "ServiceNow Competence Center" team of the client, under the direction of the Team Lead:

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with OECD stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM evolutions (incident categories, IT self-service portal evolutions, including knowledge base and service request structure evolutions and associated workflows).
  • Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with domain best practices and OECD standards.
  • Create stories to feed nearshore technical resources, providing guidance and support to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in development efforts yourself.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows and user guides.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of ServiceNow configurations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Train and support end users to effectively use ServiceNow solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR and Finance, to ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Participate in innovative projects on the platform such as the evolution of the self-service portal, and the introduction of artificial intelligence features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation and configuration.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading technical resources, preferably in a nearshore or offshore environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) would be a plus
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.

Fluent in English and French. Telework possible, presence on site in the Paris region (Boulogne and/or Paris 16) minimum 1 week per month.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with possible extension
