Building Services Manager

We're l ookingfor Building Services Manager to join our Eastern andMidlands team based inSolihull.

Location: Solihull,Birmingham

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Building Services Manager you'll beworking within the Easternand Midlands team , supporting them in providing building services expertise to the wider business acrossprojects from tender to delivery and commissioningstages .

Your day to day will include:

• Collate the team's Project reports andprovide a summary report to the Project Director relating to theprojects that your team hassupervised.

• Assist in Design Management forM&E Packages

• Review Technical Submittalsfrom sub-contractors

• Co-ordination of M&EServices on sites in conjunction with projectteams

• Checking InstallationQuality

• Commissioning Management andsign off

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Building ServicesManager is great foryou if:

• Strong technical knowledge of M&E Designand Installations

• Experience working within amain contracting environment, managing specialist subcontract partners.

• Delivery of large BuildingServices packages valued £10M+
