Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bubble tea shop. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a dynamic team, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities to maintain and improve turnover, profitability, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:? Plan and oversee daily services by directing and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations. Ensure team members reach their full potential through ongoing evaluation, listening, coaching, and tailored training programmes.? Set and maintain high operational standards by protecting the health, safety, and well-being of customers and staff, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and overseeing all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.? Decide on the range and quality of bubble tea products offered, ensuring they meet customer preferences and market demands.? Engage with customers for special occasions to discuss requirements and consistently exceed their expectations by delivering high-quality products and exceptional service through the team.? Manage purchasing by directing the procurement of supplies, maintaining supplier relationships, and overseeing accounts preparation related to orders and stock.? Conduct regular inventory checks and stock-taking, verifying that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss while keeping within budget limits.? Ensure the quality of bubble tea and service consistently meets company standards, while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas.? Plan and arrange bubble tea preparation in collaboration with other staff members and ensure counter staff are effectively organised to meet customer demand.? Maintain smooth operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programmes, operational systems, and personnel policies and procedures.? Facilitate team communication by ensuring clear and open channels of communication within the team. Escalate issues or concerns to the Director in a timely and appropriate manner when required.? Determine staffing, financial, material, and other short-term and long-term requirements to ensure operational efficiency and support business growth.? Monitor and evaluate business performance, proactively identifying opportunities to increase turnover and profitability.
